SSC GD Physical Exam Date 2024

SSC GD Constable PST
The main goal of conducting a physical standard test is to check whether the shortlisted candidates match the physical requirements including chest measurement, weight, and height.
For the SSC GD constable post-2024, candidates must meet prescribed eligibility criteria of physical fitness for both male and female candidates, otherwise, they are exempted from both PST AND PET stages. As per medical norms and standards, the candidate’s weight should be proportionate to height and age otherwise candidate will be disqualified.
In this article, we will prepare a tabular format for male candidates of different categories regarding SSC GD requirements for physical fitness. The table is given below-

- For Female candidates-
During the physical standard test, no chest measurements of female applicants will be taken. The female candidates belonging to ST must be 150 cm tall while the General and OBC categories have a minimum height of 157 cm.

SSC GD CONSTABLE PET FOR MALE CANDIDATES
For male candidates, it is a 5 km race that has to be completed in 24 minutes. The candidates who belong to the Ladakh region have to complete 1.6 km of running in 7 minutes.
SSC GD CONSTABLE PET FOR FEMALE CANDIDATES
For the female candidates who belong to the Ladakh region, the physical running time is 5 minutes in 800 meters and candidates who belong to other regions have to complete 1.6 km running in 8.5 minutes.
