Eligibility criteria: Educational Qualification
An applicant should be a qualified company secretary (CS) from the ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India). The candidate should be an active member of ICSI. Also, the applicant should have a minimum of 13 years of post-qualification experience in a listed company or financial service company. The experience should be associated with the compliance or filing and secretarial function.
Desirable additional qualifications includes: An ideal candidate must have passed M.Com, LLB, CA, ICWA from a recognized university.
Desirable additional experience includes: The applicant should have proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
Age limit
The candidate must not be more than 50 years old as of the last date of application submission.
SIDBI Recruitment 2024 : Selection process
The committee will shortlist the willing candidates for the personal interview round. A list of candidates is prepared based on their experience and qualifications and then they will be called for interview. Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview as meeting the qualifications alone does not guarantee any invitation.
