Eligibility Criteria of NCERT Recruitment 2024

The eligibility criteria, education qualifications, Experience, age of retirement and pay scales of professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Assistant Librarian will be different as per the UGC/NCERT government of India norms.

For the post of Professor, the qualification required is PhD degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 10 research publications in UGC UGC-listed journals.

For the post of Associate Professor, The degree required is a PhD in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks.

For the post of Assistant Professor, the degree required is a Master’s degree with 55% pass marks in all subjects. The applicants must clear the NET or equivalent test as per UGC regulations,

For the post of Assistant Librarian, the candidates should have a Master’s degree in Library Science with 55% marks and must have cleared the NET or hold a PhD as per UGC regulations.
