INTELLIGENCE BUREAU RECRUITMENT 2024: The IB (Intelligence Bureau) is inviting candidates to fill out the posts of additional deputy director, joint deputy director, assistant director, and senior accounts office. According to the official notification, the selected candidates will receive a salary ranging between INR 67,700 to INR 2,15,900 per month.

According to the official notification, the selected candidates will be engaged on a deputation basis for 3 years with an extension possibility. The extension can be for an additional 07 years on an annual basis.

• For additional deputy director or executive

All India service officers or Central Services Group ‘A’ or central government or state government or union territories administrations:

Candidates should hold analogous posts in the parent cadre or department

OR

05 years of experience in rendered service on the post in level 12 pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

• For joint deputy director or executive

All India service officers or Central Services Group ‘A’ or central government or state government or union territories administrations:

Candidates should hold analogous posts in the parent cadre or department regularly

OR

05 years of experience in the grade rendered on the post in the level 11 pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

• For Assistant Director or executive

All India service officers or Central Services Group ‘A’ or central government or state government or union territories administrations:

Candidates should hold analogous posts in the parent cadre or department.

• For Senior accounts officer

Candidates should hold analogous posts in the parent cadre or department regularly

OR

A candidate must have five years of experience in service rendered on the post in the level 10 pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

INTELLIGENCE BUREAU RECRUITMENT 2024: Required experience

According to the official notification, the applicant must have the required experience:

• For additional deputy director or executive

A bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent and

12 years of experience provided 7 years of experience in intelligence work

• For deputy director/executive

A bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent

10 years of experience provided 5 years of experience in intelligence work

• Assistant director/executive

The bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent

07 years of experience provided 3 years of experience in intelligence work

• For senior accounts officer

A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

One should have passed in subordinate account service examination conducted by one of the organized accounts departments of the central government or

Candidates must have a Training of cash and accounts work conducted by the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or any other recognized institute and five years of experience in cash accounts and budget work.
